About Me

I have lived in Salcombe and been part of the local community for over 30 years now. I served my "time" at a yard in Island Street working on anything from the local fishing fleet to classic Yachts. I now run my own buisness working on many types of different craft and projects in timber. Re-building the local Salcombe Yawl has become a speciality along with any clinker or carvel launch. I also manage shop re-fit projects and bespoke furniture to clients requirements.

I also turn out for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue service as a Crew Manager, helping to look after the local community.

I will soon be building my own purpose built wooden boat workshop in Gould Road, Salcombe. We'll be able to handle 40ft craft under cover, which is not available in Salcombe at the moment. I will be uploading pictures when the project starts soon..........
